Abstract

The aim of this study is to synthesize some novel pyrazoline derivatives and to study their antibacterial activity. As estimated, pyrazoline derivatives exhibited significant to moderate antimicrobial activity. There is no such obsession as completely safe drug. Drugs are prevailing tool, which modify physiological processes for the enhanced or for the worse. A society, which desires to take advantage from them, it will not accomplish all the benefits open to it, if it avoids the truth and seeks for impractical principles of harmlessness. The anti-microbial testing showed that few compounds have hopeful activity at low dosage levels. Additional molecular modeling may give enhanced drugs. Molecules prepared for the biological testing do not always turn out as latent new drugs but may be proposed to serve as a model for evaluation of the hypothesis. Further, the detailed structural activity relationship studies are necessary along with the molecular manipulation i.e. molecular modeling may give superior drugs.
