Abstract

Tinospora cordifolia (Willd.) Hook. f. and Thoms. (Amrita) is the most researched drug since ancient time till contemporary era regarding its wide range of therapeutics. One can witness several research papers published in indexed journal pioneering role of Amrita in human health care. This review article is an attempt to concentrate purely on the classical contour and focusing on literary findings regarding the Amrita.
