COVID -19 is a respiratory disease that is contagious, first detected in china and worldwide spread in December 2019. The novel (new) coronavirus (nCoV) coronavirus disease 2019, or COVID-19 that cause illness ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-CoV) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome
(SARS-CoV). A novel coronavirus is a new strain that has not been previously identified in humans. Genus Coronaviruses (CoV) belongs to the family Coronaviridae. Health authoritiesare currently referring to it as 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCov).It infects many species of animals including humans, causing acute and chronic diseases. It spreads more rapidly than SARS. This virus usually affects the respiratory tract of humans. It is associated with symptoms like common cold, pneumonia, and severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and sometimes it can also affect the gut. Most recently, authorities identified a coronavirus outbreak in China that has now reached in other countries.
