A Novel Analytical Method for the Simultaneous Estimation of Remogliflozin and Metformin Hydrochloride
Abstract
Specific and novel strategy has been improved for assessment of Remogliflozin and Metformin hydrochloride in mass and plan and cleaning tests by UPLC-PDA. The scientific method was the phosphate Buffer (pH: 4.5): Acetonitrile, (60:40%, v/v) utilizing the spherisorb C18, 5 µm, 4.6 mm×150 mm insightful segment with investigation season of 5 min. The progression of versatile stage through section was 1.0 ml/min. The test volume was 10 µl. The discovery was conveyed at 245 nm in photograph diode exhibit indicator. The maintenance seasons of Remogliflozin and Metformin hydrochloride were 3.017 and 5.011 min. The bend demonstrates relationship coefficient (r2) was prevalent by having the worth 1.000 with straight scope of 10–100.0 ng/ml for Remogliflozin; and for Metformin hydrochloride, it was 50–500.0 ng/ml. The connection coefficient (r2) for Metformin hydrochloride was discovered to be 1.000. The LOQ for the Remogliflozin and Metformin hydrochloride was 10 and 50 ng/ml, and the LOD for the Remogliflozin and Metformin hydrochloride was 5 and 10 ng/ml. The created technique was applied for the mass and detailing and cleaning test.
