Jaggery is a traditional product of sugarcane. Jaggery is popularly known as "Medicinal Sugar" among sugar industries in India. It has various health benefits to help in the overall wellness of a person. Jaggery is a pure, wholesome, unrefined sugar which contains the natural goodness of minerals and vitamins produced from sugarcane. It is a good source of minerals like Calcium, Iron, Phosphorous and Protein.References
