Abstract

High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is a significant analytical technique, usually used for the determination and separation of pharmaceutical and biological samples. This is most adaptable, safe, reliable, and fast chromatographical method for quality control of drug samples. The objective behind the present study was to focus on different features of HPLC, such as principle, types, instrumentation, HPLC method development and validation along its application.

Keywords

High performance liquid chromatography, instrumentation, mobile phase, method validation, applications.
