Analytical Method Development and Validation for Simultaneous Estimation of Linagliptin and Empagliflozin by using RP-HPLC–PDA

Abstract

Present my research work done for the measurement and quantification of Linagliptin and Empagliflozin, a rapid, sensitive, and Reliable RP-HPLC technique using a Waters HPLC System with PDA detection was designed and validated. Chromatography was carried out on an Thermo-ODS C18 (150 ×x 4.6 mm, 5) column with a Flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and an effluent of 223 nm using filtered and mixed Degassed potassium dihydrogen phosphate and Methanol: (70:30) as a mobile phase.
