The Bilayered tablets consisting of Trimetazidine SR as well as Clopidogrel IR were efficiently prepared by damp granulation technique as well as straight compression approach specifically. The prepared powdered mix (SR) were also preserved the physiochemical residential or commercial properties of tablet computers such as thickness, firmness, weight variant, friability and drug material. The enhanced formula consists of the average thickness of 3.1 ± 0.034, average firmness of 4.2 ± 0.42, typical weight of 100 ± 1.06, friability of 0.417 and also 99.62% of medication content. The ready powdered blend (IR) were additionally preserved the physiochemical residential or commercial properties of tablets such as thickness, hardness, weight variation, friability and medication material. The optimized solution contains the average thickness of 2.7 ± 0.034, average hardness of 4.9 ± 0.42, average weight of 251 ± 0.96, friability of 0.408 and also 99.42% of medication content. Total it may be summed up that the tablet computer having bilayer Clopidogrel and also Trimetazidine will be a fantastic as well as reliable solution in dealing with subjects with the heart problem.
