Effect of Surfactants in Different Cosmetic Preparations

Abstract


The effect of surfactant in various cosmetic formulations was studied in this article in detail. For the study skin care products, hair care products, such as body washes, lotions antiperspirants, hair dyes, hair colorants were considered. The type of surfactant present in the cosmetics and their role was mentioned. Different types of surfactants and their applications in skin care and hair care products were discussed in detail in this article.
