Background: The current study involves the synthesis and characterization of amino derivatives. In the current research study, a series of m-amino pyridine derivatives were synthesized using m-amino pyridine and carbonyl compounds and characterized further. The pyridine derivatives have shown to possess potent antibacterial, antifungal, antitumor, antimalarial, anti-inflammatory antidiabetic, antioxidant, anthelmintic, anticonvulsant, antituberculous and so many other properties. Method: The condensation reaction of m-amino pyridine and carbonyl derivatives with ethanol is the method used to produce m-amino pyridine derivatives. We synthesized six novel m-amino pyridine compounds for this study. The synthesized derivatives were analyzed using IR, 1HNMR, and mass spectrometry, followed by elemental analysis. Conclusion: m-Amino pyridine derivatives were analyzed using IR, NMR, and mass spectrometry, followed by elemental analysis. All the physical parameters of synthesized compounds were attained like melting point, Rf value and % yield etc. The research's findings are important for future studies. The synthesized compounds can be further evaluated for antibacterial, antifungal, antitumor, antimalarial, anti-inflammatory and antidiabetic activities.References
